Services: We provide B2B data services (custom lead lists, enrichment, consulting). Some items—like mobile/direct numbers—are Premium and “where available.”

 

Orders & Fees: Scope, price, and timing are agreed before work. Fees are due as stated; applicable taxes are your responsibility.

 

License: After full payment, you may use deliverables for your internal business only. No resale, sublicensing, or bulk redistribution without our written consent.

 

Compliance: You must follow all applicable privacy/marketing laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PECR, TCPA, DNC, and Indian IT/telemarketing rules). Obtain any required consent for calls/texts.

 

Quality: We use lawful sources and verify to improve accuracy, but data can change. If offered, a 7-day replacement window covers clearly invalid items; this is your sole remedy.

 

No Guarantees: Services are provided “as is.” We don’t promise specific response rates or outcomes.

 

Liability: Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected deliverable. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law & Venue: Laws of India; exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
